Chocolate Peanut
Butter Avocado Pudding
There are not many
children who don't like chocolate pudding and anything peanut butter. If you
want to make something unusual, try this recipe for an easy dessert that has
all the flavors. Ingredients
Two avocados
1/4 cup cocoa
powder
3/4 cup milk of
your choice, divided into two parts (1/2 cup)
1 1/2 cups
semi-sweet chocolate chips or chunks of your choice

this recipe are brown sugar, butter, vanilla extract and flour. Of course, any
cookie dough needs an egg yolk so whisk one of those in as well!

quick dessert is ice cream. Nothing beats a bowl of vanilla bean ice cream for
those hot summer days. Making the ice cream is not as complicated as you might
think either. All you need is some heavy whipping cream, whole milk, sugar and
vanilla beans that have been previously soaked in the milk and then strained
before adding it to the custard mixture."
Watermelon is a
delicious summertime fruit known for being the perfect dessert when it's hot
out. If you want to try something different with watermelon, try this recipe
for pizza, which is easy and delicious. Ingredients
One large ripe watermelon
Two tablespoons
white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
Two tablespoons
olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons
Italian seasoning or your favorite dried herbs (rosemary works well)
Ingredients:
One package of
brownie mix or from scratch
Sprinkles, for
topping
Directions:
1. In a bowl,
measure out the brownie ingredients and add to a greased 8x8 pan. Bake according
to the directions on the box or recipe. Wait for them to cool then top with
sprinkles.
2. Place a sheet
pan in the freezer for about 2 hours.
3. Cut the
avocados in half and take out the pit, then scoop out the flesh into a bowl and
mash it up with a fork.
